Hauts Reliefs

Founded in 2025 by Pauline Deschamps, Hauts Reliefs is a French association dedicated to the revalorisation of furniture heritage.

After almost fifteen years as a lawyer, Pauline made a decisive turn, becoming an auctioneer. Her career at Drouot Estimations and then Sotheby's allowed her to develop her expertise in antique furniture, while also witnessing a troubling phenomenon: the loss of value for historically significant furniture, particularly pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries.

This awareness became the starting point for a commitment.

"These pieces of furniture are not merely objects. They carry the memory of homes, families, and gestures passed down from master to apprentice. To abandon them is to break a chain of transmission. To transform them is to allow them to continue living."

Hauts Reliefs was thus born from the desire to preserve furniture heritage by giving it new narrative, aesthetic and emotional power.
