Jacopo Gonzato is a designer and researcher exploring new ways of shaping sound
diffusion through harmonic forms, experimental geometries, and innovative design. Since
2012, he has developed experiments and prototypes aimed at bringing together design,
thought, material, and technology within a coherent and structured vision. After completing a
double degree in Architecture at IUAV University of Venice and the Pontificia Universidad
Católica de Chile, he pursued an independent line of research that gave rise to the project
Geometrie del Suono (“Geometries of Sound”). Starting from the study of Platonic solids,
Gonzato creates structures that spatialise emptiness according to harmonic proportions,
making the sound source appear almost absent. Deeply passionate about music and
fascinated by musical instruments, he has conceived and led innovative projects related to
sound. His works are currently exhibited at Galleria Rossana Orlandi in Milan.
