Sandro Gorra is one of the best-known creatives in the world of advertising, of art extraction, who wrote some of the most famous slogans. In all his works an ironic vein is always present.
For some years he has dedicated himself to his art, the “Daily Art”: painting, illustration, and sculptures (also the monumental artwork) where poetry and irony are the founding feature.
In Gorra's artistic gesture there are no second thoughts: the moment is seized just as the idea comes and it is imprinted in the artwork.
He exhibits in solo and collective exhibitions, and critics such as Antonio D'Amico and Gianluca Marziani have written and curated exhibitions about him.
He lives and works in Milan where, according to him, melodramas and poetry intertwine in the intellectual traffic of a city that he deeply loves.
