Celebrating the diversity of Alagoas craftsmanship and highlighting the relationship between people, objects, and the ancestral know-how of the state’s artisans, the exhibition “ALAGOAS PLURAL”, after being presented in Paris, Miami, New York, and Lisbon, arrives at Milan’s Fuorisalone 2026. The exhibition returns to Milan, bringing with it the soul of the sertão and the agreste, through a significant collection of Alagoas craftsmanship that expresses tradition, identity, and aesthetic excellence, grounded in deep respect for the environment and territory.

A total of 120 handcrafted creations will be presented, produced with great technical skill and artistic rigor, revealing the cultural blending and symbolic strength of Brazil in its most authentic form. The project is the result of the ongoing work of the “Alagoas Feita à Mão” Program, launched in 2015 by the Government of the State of Alagoas through the State Secretariat for Federal and International Relations (SERFI), a national reference in promoting craftsmanship as a structured public policy.
